This website collects as little as possible. There are no cookies, no analytics and no trackers. The only personal data we receive is what you send us yourself through the contact form.

What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, company, email address and message you enter. Nothing else. We do not ask for anything we do not need in order to reply to you.
If you email us directly, we receive whatever your message contains.
Why we use it
Only to read your message and reply to it, and to continue that conversation if it leads somewhere. We do not use your details for marketing, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell or share them with anyone for their own purposes.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and where a working relationship follows, the steps leading up to an agreement.
Who can see it
- Netlify hosts this website and receives the form submission before passing it to us. Netlify is based in the United States and processes data under a data processing agreement with standard contractual clauses.
- Google Workspace handles our email, so your message ends up in our inbox there.
Nobody else. We have no advertising partners and no analytics provider.
How long we keep it
As long as the conversation is useful. If it leads nowhere, we delete it. If it leads to working together, we keep what we need for as long as that relationship lasts and for as long as the law requires us to keep our records.
No cookies
This website places no cookies at all. The fonts are hosted on our own server rather than loaded from Google, so visiting this site sends no data to third parties. That is also why you are not seeing a cookie banner.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send an email and we will sort it out. If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
